Adam Martin

You’ve built success. Let’s make sure it’s the right kind.

I’m a founder, a board chair and a coach. I help capable people and organizations do their work heartily, and well.

You’re winning by every measure anyone can see.

And somewhere quieter, you’ve started asking whether this is it.

That isn’t a crisis. It’s an invitation.

Coaching

Redefine success, then actually live it

For people who’ve won by the world’s scoreboard and are quietly wondering whether it was the right game. A season is eight unhurried conversations over two to four months.

First

We map your world as it actually is. Not the version you present.

Through

You build reliable access to your wisest self, the one who shows up when there’s no pressure and disappears when there is.

Last

We name what you’re saying yes to. And, more importantly, what you’re finally saying no to.

How I charge

Value first, paid after

You cover a small amount to begin. At the end, you decide what it was worth and pay that.

Not hourly. Ever. Billing by the hour rewards me for taking longer and turns the work into the exact scoreboard I’m trying to help you put down.

It’s the most honest thing I do, and it’s deliberately the same across coaching, mentoring founders and board work. If you’re a smaller business, it also means you can start without a number you’d have to defend to anyone.

Also

Three other things I do, genuinely

Not a side hustle and not a menu. I’ve built a company, I chair one board and sit on another, and occasionally I take a seat inside a business that needs one filled. If any of that is what you’re looking for, it’s here.

About

I’ve sat in the chair I’m asking you about

Eleven years climbing one retailer to a $50 million business with 400 people. Seven on a national board, finishing as Chair. The last few owning a manufacturer through an acquisition and a turnaround. I’m not advising from theory.

Writing

Thinking out loud

All writing

If any of this sounds like where you are, let’s talk.

Half an hour, no pitch. If I’m not the right person I’ll usually know by the end of it, and I’ll say so.
